  I love this starbucks. I go here at least three times a week. The staff is very professional and always gets my order right. I highly recommend this location

  I don't drink coffee much nor do I go to a lot of Starbucks *except* when my coffee/tea-aholic friends want to stop by. Each location is different but if you're going to get something, go to one outside the mall. My friend and I went yesterday and it was awful 1. The cashier screwed up my friend's order charging her twice (but when asked why the price was so high, the girl couldn't seem to articulate why but she was so sure it was right). Then, the drink was made very wrong- so wrong that my friend walked away attempting to like the drink and threw it away. She was going to go to another location and buy what she wanted! As for me 2. I'm pretty sure they messed mine up too. I get very sick when I drink coffee, even small amounts, making my heart go crazy for hours. My drink was supposed to be a hot chocolate but not long after we left, I wasn't feeling great all night. I'm pretty sure they put a shot of espresso in or something. Neither of us will ever go back to this location. From various conversations with my friends and some employees, I get the impression Starbucks doesn't do the same quality barista training they used to.
