  I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and food items, but every time I go this store something goes wrong. They often mess up my order and I have to double check it every time now. I always get iced coffee and they either give me the wrong flavor or once I got way too much of the flavor syrup and it was disgusting. The workers are a nice bunch of kids but that is just it...they are kids. I never see a manager over 21 there and they are all so busy talking or playing on their phones they don't notice a customer for more than a few minutes. Too bad. It could be a great store!

  Spent 30 minutes after ordering waiting for an iced coffee and donut holes. I was asked what I was waiting for after saying I need a refund or my order. I stated the order and it was still made incorrectly . I was given a hot cappuccino and the wrong number of donut holes. I took the order due to needing to leave. Every order before mine (all four) were made incorrectly. This place needs management intervention. It's mind blowing that it takes 30 minutes to make four orders even given having to remake three of those orders.
