I have been going here for 2 years and never been a fast location but today I spent 14 mins waiting for a simple coffee with cream and sugar and only one person in front of me also basic coffee order. The young staff was busy playing games with each other and ended up making lattes for customers who ordered after myself and customer in front of me before realizing we were still waiting for coffee to be poured. Poor management who stood by and watched this but didn't make any moves to get our coffee or correct employees. This location is only 5 mins from my house and I love DDs coffee but I will be driving to a location that's 10 mins away in the future as I will still be served and home quicker even though driving twice as far.March 04, 2017
