  They usually have great 5 star service, I go there every day. And today might be my last. Either they have a new employee training or they have one of the most unprofessional associates that I've ever witnessed. I was waiting at the drive thru for about 5 minutes, one car in front of me picking up....so I was at the ordering speaker....started to order, she said she couldn't understand me(keep in mind I go there every day!!!) then she tells me to hold on, there's one car at PICK UP window, I'm waiting 3-4 minutes ...finally I lose patience and drive to the front to walk in. And already I'm annoyed walking in there, mind you I'm friendly and a patient person by nature.....I'm standing at the register and the girl at the drive thru is standing with another girl making a sandwich for the woman that was ahead of me at the drive thru....FINALLY THE WOMAN ,comes to the register and I told her I was the customer from the drive thru that she didn't understand. She said ok(no apology for making me wait), she still had a big smile on her face and holding back laughing!!! Finally I order again, asked for pumpkin spice, she points to the napkins and said "I can get that over there" I said, "I don't get pumpkin spice out here, you have it back there", in the meantime, the woman still making the sandwich tells this woman to put her light on her headphones, and the woman laughed some more!! Finally FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I lose patience and said I'm running late and don't have time for this!!!! Either this girl was very New and couldn't understand English, or she was high as a kite. I WILL be calling corporate!!

  I go to Dunkin Donuts like Christian's go to Sunday service, religiously. But as of late my orders have not been fulfilled properly. I'm going to assume that the staff has changed. Toasted bagels aren't toasted and can't even get cut, grilled cheese with turkey ... where's the turkey? In a separate bag and it's turkey sausage which wasn't asked for so a regular grilled cheese will have to suffice. They make one hell of an iced coffee!
